With all the different cases of serious accusations against renowned athletes, sadly, we have almost grown used to the fact that bodybuilding and strength sports are currently not the primary subject of our reporting. Shawn Rhoden, Larry Wheels and Jeremy Buendia all have been confronted with grave allegations of rape and abuse respectively. While it seems, as if the putative case around Larry Wheels has already found an end due to a thin evidence base and a credible refutation by Wheels, the situation with the fourfold men’s physique winner Buendia looks much grimmer. In a video on his channel, Kenny K.O. dedicated a whole interview with Jeremy’s ex-girlfriend Hilda Laura Amaral to the exploration of the depths of her past relationship with the IFBB pro. However, the accusations of physical and mental abuse raised by Amaral even prove to cause an aftermath for YouTuber Kenny K.O. As is reported, Buendia accuses him of defamation and sues him for a considerable amount of money.
Already at the beginning of January, Kenny K.O., whose real name is Kenny Boulet, started the production of a few clips about Hilda’s ex-boyfriend in which he reports about the matter of abuse and claims to have received proofs for those allegations. After the publication of the last clip where the Venezuelan woman thoroughly comments on all the alleged crimes her ex-boyfriend would have committed, a short clip with a reply by Jeremy followed. In that response, he admits having aggression issues but, at the same time, he denies having ever beaten a woman. Furthermore, Buendia explains that he would want to press charges against “certain individuals” for defamatory actions. One would assume, that Buendia refers to his ex-girlfriend Amaral, but, as matter of fact, it seems as if Kenny K.O. will be burdened with the legal consequences, since Jeremy sues him for one million US Dollars.

However, the serious allegation would not have been bred overnight, as the IFBB pro claims. His lawyers would have contacted the YouTuber to make Kenny delete all defamatory videos. Since the young man obviously wouldn’t have complied, charges would have been pressed because the video would have caused a lot of damage to Jeremy’s career. Apart from Kenny Boulet, there are two other defendants, Jerdani Kraja who also would have published a video with defamatory content about the Californian athlete, and Chad Nutsch who would have made false statements in the name of Jeremy Buendia.
Despite the fact that Hilda Laura Amaral chose very unambiguous and revealing words to describe her relationship with the men’s physique athlete in the interview with Kenny K.O., there hasn’t come to light any info about possible charges against her, as of now. This is surprising since Jeremy’s ex-girlfriend most probably has caused the most severe damage to Buendia’s image with her public testimonial.
